Shipping policy

In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 business days. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. Pre-order items generally take 15-30 business days for order processing and production. Please refer to individual product details for estimated shipping dates.

Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times.

If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.
